need help with incresing vascular migrains

I have been having vascular migrains for about 5 years over the past 2 months they have gotten alot worse. When I have a migrain my rightside becomes weak and numb. I have an appointment with a nerologest but not for a month at my family pracice office I see some one new a pa who has only known me...
