Are you still taking the Aleve? If so and you're taking it more than two or three days a week, it could be making matters worse by causing medication overuse headaches, aka rebound. For more on this see Medication Overuse Headache - When the Remedy Backfires.
What tests were performed to rule out stroke? To fully rule it out, they should have done an MRI, MRA, and MRV.
It's very difficult to make suggestions on your case via the Internet other than to be sure everything necessary is done to rule out stroke and see a Migraine specialist. Migraine and stroke symptoms can sometimes be very similar.
