Diclofenac can definitely cause medication overuse headaches, aka rebound. See Medication Overuse Headache - When the Remedy Backfires for more information on this.
Welcome again!

Hi! You can definitely get rebound from diclofenac if you take it too often. You can get it from any pain killer - over the counter or prescription. Do you take any preventatives? If not it may be a good idea to talk with your doctor about finding a medicine to help prevent your headaches so that you wouldn't have to use the diclofenac as often and rebound wouldn't be as much of a problem. Hope you find relief - Kayleen
