I have gone round and round for years and finally figured out what I thought was a headache (migrane) was the occipital neuraliga. My pain would be at the bottom of my skull and the two sides of the bottom of my skull would swell and the pain would come up and over sometimes. I have had a Facet Joint Radiofrequency Ablation neck. I have been headache free from that area since I had it done!! They deaden the occipital nerve. I am in love with my doctor.   I have put my info up and have finally figured everything myself. MCS Maryland
