Battling chronic daily headaches for 3 years considering STD boss doesn't understand.

My boss has been giving me poor reviews on my performance, even has me on a 90 day plan.  Would this be considered discrimation/harrassment?  I really can't stand the pain any more, but I'm afraid to take short term because of retaliation.  I have had two radisodomy (sp), two botox injections, and even viral meningitus, not to mention the trigger point injections, etc.  What can I do?

Any comments, ideas?

If your work performance really is suffering, your employer can give you poor reviews. You might want to take this opportunity to talk with someone in employee relations about FMLA.

Who is treating you for Migraines. You may want to check out an actual Migraine specialist. You can find a listing of patient recommended specialists HERE.

Employee rights can also very from state. It couldn't hurt to call the closest Department of Labor office.

Good luck,

Teri
