Hi Becky,   Yes, a Migraine can trigger a Migraine-triggered seizure but it is pretty rare. We have this  Ask the Clinician question Can a migraine cause a seizure in a person that does not have epilepsy, you may find helpful.     Hypertension is a risk factor or stroke, although I don't know about seizures.
