my head started hurting then my hand and face went numb

I am a 23 yr old female, and yesterday my head started to hurt really bad, i was sensitive to light. My right eye had blurred vision, then as i was driving home my right hand went numb along with my lower arm. As that started to fade away my right side of my face went numb. Since i was a little…
