It starts with pain in the back of my head then goes on to a full head headache. What can this be?

There are literally hundreds of headache disorders, many of which could fit this description.
The only person who can answer this for you is a doctor who can review your and your family's medical history, discuss your symptoms with you, and conduct a complete examination. Nobody can diagnose via the Internet.
Please see your doctor about this? Unexplained head pain should always be checked out.
