Topamax dosage isn't working anymore

I have suffered from migraines for about 8 years.  After finally finding Topamax I was happy with a medicine that seemed to control them.  I am currently on 100 mg/day total.  All of a sudden I seem to be getting about 2 migraines a week.  Is it possible that if my Dr. increases…
