I get 'weather headaches' and just read about Aerosinusitis, which the ostia connecting channels between the sinus cavities are constricted or blocked. So when the air pressure changes the cavities cannot equalize pressure (usually found in open air plan pilots). Could this Ostia blockage be seen on the xrays and CAT scan I already have, or does it need to be taken 'during an episode'.
I am sleeping in every day, because every morning between 4-6am I have the sinus pressure pain, I feel my sinus cavities 'moving' as I turn in my sleep so I am sleeping propped up. This results in neck and should strain and the occipital / tension headaches. Is Aerosinusitus a real condition which could be my headache trigger? Diagnosed with Headache, Occipital, Tension, Migraine without Aura.
