can a bang on the head cause ice pick headaches?

I banged my head in january and since then every now and then I get stabbing pains in the head, it feels like an electric volt going through my head, but only lasts a matter of seconds, I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder though so could it be related to that? I was on beta blockers and the pain didnt occur whilst on them but now off them seems to be coming back, please help
