Hi, Anna,

It can take up to three months to know if the Inderal is going to help with your Migraines. Your doctor may also increasing your dosage somewhere along the way. 20mg is a fairly low dosage.

I know from experience how frustrating and tyring it can be to take meds and wait to see if they're going to work. Try to focus on how great it will be when you find the right medication to help manage your Migraines. Smile

Sorry to hear about your head:(  But glad to hear they are trying you on Inderal..I have been on it a long time.  Everyone reacts to drugs differently.  Have you looked it up?  My word of advice is to MAKE sure you take it exactly when you are supposed to.  I can't be more than about a hour late or I start to feel bad.  It does lower your blood pressure, and when I don't take it on time my BP changes/drops very low.  Needless to say I can feel it when I forget to take it, so I set my alarm on my cell.  Well, just a word of advice from an old timer on this.
