Q: I have right sided pain in my neck along with chiari

This excruciating pain is what happens first, lasts about a day/two. . then, before I received the acupuncture treatment, I would get the migraines. . . . now, it is this pain in the back of the neck/head for a day/two. . . . I suffered from a mini stroke last week. . . . from the pain. . . . all right sided. . . .

ave this severe pain in the back of my head, basically below and to the left of the right ear. . It actually feels like being hit with a 2 x 4. . . Sometimes pressure is relieved by laying on an ice pack. . . the relief tho is not permanent. . . I have taken the imitrex shots I give myself. . . these do not work, and also darvocet and many other things. . . . I do not get the "migraines" any more since I have been into acupuncture. . .

Hi ChinChunPie,

I'm not sure what question you are asking. Have you spoken with your doctor about your symptoms and pain? That sounds like the most reasonable course of action.

If you have more specific questions, I will be happy to help, if I can.

Good luck

Nancy
