I started taking singulair 2 weeks ago for allergy related symptoms and realize I have not had a headache in 8 days! For several years I've been dealing with daily headaches and they seemed to have stopped.

Yes, for some people singulair does work as a Migraine preventive. It would be wonderful if it worked for you!

Thanks for your response. I have since found out there is a patent pending for Singulair to use it as a migraine/headache preventive. I'm trying to gather as much info as possible so I may speak to my Dr about prescribing it.
