Hi Andy!

Migraine is a genetic neurological disease. It cannot be passed from husband to wife, but it can be passed to children. If one of the parents suffer from Migraine, then there is about a 50% chance the child could have Migraines as well. If both parents suffer, then there is a 75% chance of the child having Migraine disease.

My father had migraines, now I've got them.  I'm not an expert, but from what I've seen and heard suggests strongly to me that Yes, we can inherit them.  I don't think they've got definitive proof yet.
