Hi,   I started Seroquel a little over two months ago.  I was lucky because I didn't experience any side effects from it, I was only tired for the first few days after starting it.  I didn't see any improvement of my Migraines on the initial dose so my Migraine Specialist increased the dose last week and I went six days without a Migraine.  I'm very hopeful that the increase in the Seroquel was the reason for my latest pain free streak!!   Good luck and try to stick with it if you can, it may turn out to be the preventive that works it's magic for you
