You know, I don't get side effects from seroquel.  Unfortunately, it also doesn't help my migraines.  Sometimes though, large quantities of it - 100mg to 300mg, will force me to sleep if I am in a lot of pain.  So, if I just need to pass out because I hurt so bad, sometimes it helps.  I never have side effects after though.  Strange how different people are sensitive to different meds due to brain chemistry.   Hydroxine in large quantities DOES help my migraines sometimes by relaxing my muscles a bit.
