Q: can i take my migrane medicine if it expired

i have some midirin in my medicine cabinet. i haven't had a migrane in a long time so i haven't needed to use it. i checked the expiration date and it says January '08 - is it still safe to take? what could happen if I take it after it expires??

Elizabeth,

 

I don't know if you have your answer I was going to refer you to the pharmicist that filled that med. They will want to know how many pills you have left and the experation date. They will be honest with you.
