hi ive constantly got a headace

hi. i get terrible headache and have done for the last 4 months. it is normally in one temple at a time but it can be both sometimes. but it can switch sides. i think my memory is going slightly and ive noticed in the morning my eyes have a lot of sleep in them. and ive noticed there watering. and also in the morning my eyesight is quite bad. they come and go i can get up to 5 in a day. it sometimes feels like its at the back of the eye. most of the time one eye. but the pains always in the temples. my head can feel like its throbbing and it bugs me. i sometimes have the urge to move about when i have them. also light makes them unbearable infact light often starts them i often have to go out with sunglasses on on a cloudy day. ive also had headaches that last up to a week!!

The best thing would be to see a Migriane specialist. This doctor is an expert in Migraine disease and headache disorders. We have a list of patient recommended specialists you can see HERE.
