Hi Brenda. My migraines were horrible before menopause, almost every month was agony. But since I hit menopause, the migraines only come once or twice a year. They are much more intense when they hit, but having so few is worth it. Maybe you're having a much faster, more hormone driven menopause than I did, since hormones seem to have so much to do with migraines.
