Hi, I guess I should specify that I only have to use the ER one or two times a year. I get managable migraines as opposed to the wanna-lay-down-and-die ones. I don't seem to get them as often as I used to, but I can still count on getting stuck in a dark silent room on average every six weeks. jaz
