The hormonal changes and fluctuations of menopause can make Migraines worse, better, or make no difference at all.   Hormone replacement therapy is the same way. Sometimes, it can make things better, but for some women, it makes things worse or makes no difference. There's no way to predict the effects of HRT either, but it's worth discussing with your doctor. If you see a different doctor for your Migraines, ask your doctors to work together on this one.   Good luck, Teri
