my fingers went numb one by one on my right hand now my whole hand is numb and the right side of my face... Whats going on here am I having a stroke?

Those symptoms could be any number of things, including a stroke. Nobody can answer this via the internet. It can only be answered by a doctor who can review your medical history, discuss your symptoms, examine you, and perhaps order some tests.
