Tension-type headaches can trigger Migraines IF a person has Migraine, which is a genetic neurological disease. That said, I can find nothing indicating that tension-type headaches are a symptom of ADD or ADHD. Still, this is a good question to ask your doctor at your next appointment. Good luck, Teri
