Q: What works in combination with nortriptyline for migraines?

I take Nortriptyline for migraines but can only tolerate up to 35mg and it does not completely treat the migraines. Is there another medication that would work in combination with Nortriptyline for migraine preventative?

I take a 10mg Nort every night and have Cafergot tabs in case I get one.  Seems to work fine.
