Hi,   There is really no way to tell over the internet. This needs to be discussed with your doctor so he/she can go over you and your family's medical history, discuss your symptoms with you, and conduct a complete examination. Nobody can diagnose via the Internet because it just isn't safe.   Having said that, there are some symptoms that are common with a TIA, (transient ischemic attack)  and you can read more about them in Migraine and TIA: Understanding TIA.   Good luck Nancy
