I cop a lot of heat over this with people thinking I am being silly. Perfume is okay any smells but these two. Is this an unusual one or do many others have the same problem

Hi Christine,

Some people can have a Migraine attack triggered by certain smells like perfumes, cleaning fluids and such. I have had a Migraine triggered by the smell in the Garden section of Walmart. It may be possible for those spices to trigger an attack for you.

Good luck
