Dear Jhona -   You have all my sympathy! When our systems are very sensitive, as our Migrainous nervous systems are, they respond to all kinds of changes in our environment, barometric pressure is one of those changes for many of us. Have you and your doctor seen the article Migraine preventive medications - too many options to give up! ? I can tell you that some of the members of the Migraine forum have reported that their doctors have prescribed Diamox for their barometric pressure Migraines. You might want to talk to your neurologist about whether that would be a possibility for you.   If you'd like to talk with other Migraineurs and get some additional information and support, come join our discussion forum. You'll need to register again once there because it's a separate membership database, but you can use the same member name, email address, and password that you used here. You can find our forum at Migraine Forum.   Good luck!   - Megan
