There are some acupuncturists that are specially trained in specific techniques to treat migraine patients. I have heard there is some success with these specific techniques. I'm only interested in these acupuncturists trained in the specific techniques for migraine patients. Has anyone had success with these techniques? Are there any specially trained acupuncturists in the Dallas, TX area?

I can't answer you for the Dallas area, but I did have success with acupuncture. I felt an intense relaxation during the procedure and did well for several months. I honestly think it is worth trying if you go with the mindset that you are going to get some relief out of it. I know of others who went more than once because for some people it takes longer. I have only good things to say about it. It was a few months of what felt like vacation. I don't know about long term benefits though. Good luck!
