Can migraines cause brain lesions along with a tia?

I currently was diagnosed with migraine with aura and tia in 3/08 but I also have 10 brain lesions present.  I have had every lab test done for lyme disease, MS, Cadadsil etc. and they all came back negative.  My neuorlogist has me on Depakote 1000mg a day and relpax as needed.  My...
