Q: Sharp pain in head when sneezing, coughing?

I have severe pain in my right eye and temple area when I bend over, cough, or sneeze.  I also have slight bulging of my right eye.  All labs, MRI, and MRA were normal.  The neurologist diagnosed migraines and wanted me to take anti-seizure medication.  I cannot believe this is a migraine because I have it every day; it never goes away.  The newest symptom was a weak feeling in my right leg last evening.  I'm afraid my doctor is missing something.  I have an appointment with an endocrinologist in a few weeks, but all thyroid labs have been normal.  What could this be?
