I am going to see another neurologist, it will be the 4th, and I hope to finally get an answer to a debilitating problem that I have 24 hours a day for 4 months now. Anyone else have this problem? Help!

Hi Dee,
Are you still getting Migraines or just the "floating unreal feeling" all the time? Acephalgic or silent Migraine is a Migraine attack without the headache phase, but the aura symptoms are fully reversable. Acephalgic or Silent Migraine - The Basics and Migraine with aura - The Basics are two information articles.
Anatomy of a Migraine discusses the four phases of a Migraine attack. Not every Migraineur gets each phase. For expamle, I usually don't experience the aura phase.
More importantly, there is evidence that Migraineurs who have a long history with Migraine disease and /or frequent attacks are at an increased risk to suffer silent brain damage. Yes, Migraine Can Cause Brain Damage. Feel free to talk to your doctor about any of this and take it with you if you'd like.
Good luck
Nancy
