trescigno,   I know what it's like to not have insurance. Been there; done that' burned the tee shirt. Still, there are times when seeing a doctor is necessary. This is one of those times. The symptoms you describe could be Migraine, but they could also be something else entirely, and it's going to take a doctor to tell you what's going on and what treatment you need.   In more than 90% of cases, what people think are sinus headaches are actually Migraines.
