Patricia,

Unlike Migraines, I've never heard of cluster headaches being hormonally triggered. However, it certainly couldn't hurt to discuss this with your doctor. If it turns out that cluster headaches can be triggered by hormonal fluctuations, I suspect the answer to your question would be the same as it would be for Migraine -- that only trying HRT would tell you if it would help. When it comes to Migraines that are triggered by hormonal fluctuations, HRT can help, make things worse, or make no diffference at all. Our bodies all react so differently, that such things are generally determined by trying them to see.

Please keep me posted on how you're doing?
