Hi rodel,

I cannot speak to sleep apnea, you may be able to find answers on our sleep site, MySleepCentral.Com.

Food triggers differ from person to person. Chocolate, red wine, aged cheeses, yeast products, nitrates, MGS, onions, and more may all be Migraine triggers for some people. Others may only be triggered by hot dogs and citrus fruit. It really is  quite individual. To learn more about food triggers, take a look at this article,  Managing Migraine - Manage Migraine Trigger Foods.

I hope that helps,

Nancy
