Hi Deidre!     Orbital pain can be from many things, including, but not limited to Migraine, Cluster Headaches or Hemicrania Continua. No one can diagnose you over the internet. You need to see a doctor who can diagnose you by reviewing your medical history, family medical history, and symptoms and doing a complete exam.  Please do not ignore this pain! See: Ignoring Migraines and Headaches Can Spell Danger!     If you find that your doctor can't help, try a neurologist or a headache and Migraine specialist. We have a list of Migraine and headache specialists on our site. Take a look at the article Migraine and Headache Specialists - What's So Special? If you need help finding a Migraine specialist, check our listing of Patient Recommended Migraine and Headache Specialists.     Please make an appointment to see a doctor as soon as possible. The sooner you see a doctor, the sooner you will know what is going on.     Good Luck! Eileen Gray
