Hi curlylocks -   Nortriptyline, aka Pamelor, is a tricyclic antidepressant sometimes used for Migraine prevention. One potential side effect is increased hunger.   If this medication is not working for you, don't lose hope. There are over 100 medications that can be used for Migraine prevention.
