I have been having these "episodes" in increasing frequency. I feel a sense they are coming. Then my vision blurs or I get double vision or the right eye visual field goes grey. I feel like I am going to climb out of my skin. Sometimes I feel agitated or elated or severely depressed for a few seconds. I then feel nauseous, tired and have numbness in my hands/ feet/ face/ lips. I also have difficulty speaking with slurring, stuttering or difficulty finding the right word. Sodas tastes bitter to me and I smell tobacco which I am never around. The neurologist suspected partial temporal lobe seizures. The EEG was normal. I was given a diagnosis of psychogenic seizures. My psychiatrist insists I do not have a conversion disorder and that I am not having a psychiatric condition. A friend suggested silent migraines. I have never heard of this. I have no or almost no pain. Sometimes a headache for 1 minute at the end of these episodes. Sometimes my right eye aches. My arms and legs are weak and seem tired all the time. I am having these episodes multiple times day and night. Do you think it could be silent migraines?

Thank you so much for your response. My PCP doesn't know what to do with me. I plan on calling a headahce specialist Monday am to get an appointment. It seems so bizarre to me to have a migaine with no pain. The body is certainly...interesting.
