Hi jason,   We cannot diagnose online because we are not medical professionals, and you wouldn't ant that anyway. What we can do is give you information and support, ok?     How long have you had this "Migraine"?  Hemicrania Continue is a primary headache disorder, meaning it is not attributed to any other disorder. One of its main symptoms is a headache lasting more than 3 months and ALL these (there are more symptoms): unilateral (one-sided) pain without switching sides, daily and continuous without pain-free periods, moderate intensity, but with bouts of severe pain.  Continue reading Hemicrania Continua -  The Basics for more information.   Good luck Nancy
