Q: i have severe nausea i get dizzy sweats and it last for hours what fo you think it could be?

i have severe nausea i get dizzy sweats and it last for hours and alot of times i dont get headaches. what fo you think it could be? could it be migraine

It could be Migraine. Migraine can occur without headache. When that happens, it's described as "acephalgic" or "silent." You can read more about that in Acephalgic or Silent Migraine - The Basics.

We can tell you that it could be Migraine, but we can't tell you that it IS Migraine. The only person who can do that is a doctor who can review your and your family's medical history, discuss your symptoms with you, and conduct a complete examination. Nobody can diagnose via the Internet.
