Q: What are the possible affects of an injection of fioricet taken with 100 mg of tramodol?

My niece was given an injection of fioricet at the hospital and also given a 100 mg of tramodol orally. She had a violent response to the combination. Is this common when you combine these two drugs? Unsure of the dosage given in the injection.

Wes,

Fioricet isn't administered as an injection. It's only available in tablets, so the injection had to be something else. Since she was also given tramadol, it may have been an antinausea medication.

How long ago was this? The hospital records would show what medications she was given.
