can my daughter take additional pain relief whilst taking pizotifen x1 per day?

Hi Debbie,
We can't really answer this because we are not medical professionals. We can tell you that pizotifen is not a pain reliever but an antihistamine, sometimes used as a Migraine PREVENTIVE for children who suffer from Migraines. It cannot stop or even relieve the pain of a Migraine attack.
Your doctor or pharmacist may be able to help you with pain relief suggestions for your daughter.
