That sounds pretty painful. Have you spoken with your doctor yet? That would be the first thing I would do. Let him/her know what is going on, get a appointment and get yourself checked out.

Ice-Pick Headache has as some of its major symptoms stabbing like pain in the head and eye area. Sometimes behind the ear, but I suppose it could happen in the neck too, if it is in the upper neck area. But I am not a medical professional so you'd have to check with your doctor on that.
