Dyonnah,

First, you need to stop taking the Excedrin and Bayer. Taking these medications more than two or three days a week can make matters worse by causing medication overuse headache. See Medication Overuse Headache - When the Remedy Backfires for more information on this.
I've been where you are with no insurance, but at this point, the only recommendation I can make to you is to get to a doctor or go back to the ER. Only a doctor who can examine you in person can tell you what this headache is and what to do for it.
When you were in the ER, what diagnosis did they give you? When Migraines don't respond to treatment, they're termed intractable. In such cases, there are several medications that can be administered through IV infusion to get the cycle broken. You can find more information in IV Treatment of Refractory Migraine.
Welcome again,
Teri

Thanks! Good news, I have found out that through Ohio, I can get free care because I was financially cleared at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and I set up an appt. with a PCP.
This is probably the one GOOD thing Ohio has, lol
