Q: meds

does anyone think taking about 9 frova is to much a month?

Hi leggsmalon,

 

Here's the thing - current thinking goes like this: taking Migraine abortive meds such as the triptans (like Frova) or ergotamines or any kind of pain medication more than two or three days a week can make matters worse by causing medication overuse headache (MOH), aka rebound. Does that make any sense?

thanks see i have bout 4 migraines a month but really 8 because the next day they rebound i don't know what to do not take so much and suffer or what any suggetions thanks
