Hi Jill,   If you are unable to take triptans there are a few other options. Midrin is an Isometheptene compound and can be used to abort a Migraine attack. Ergotamines such as Migranal nasal spray and DHE-45 injectibles.   Fioricet is a rescue medication, and does not abort a Migraine attack.
