Q: Please, suggest something that will help me to cancell out sound while I sleep and work.

The sounds of traffic literally cause my bed and windows to vibrate, or at least this is how it seems. I have just have a very bad situation where a neighbor is cutting grass.  I was working on the computer writing a very important contract, when the sound became so loud, I could only turn the radio on in several rooms to try to can cell out the noise.  Would noise cancelling earphones help?  If so, what kind would someone recomment that I can wear comfortably in bed?  In addition to migraines, I have Fybromyalgia caused from injuries in an abusive relatinoship.  Please, provide a suggestion.  Thanks. I would suggest ear plugs, not just the cheapos,  I mean the kind they use in nascar or possibly the BOSE noise reducing head phones.  I'm sure they aren't cheap but maybe you can get a partial subsidy for your employer if you  have a home office.  Actually, there is also silly putty, which is child approved.  I carry a pair of ear plugs in my purse, for when it gets too bad, especially at the er.

Hoping you get some peace and quiet.
