Well, some neurologists are "true" Migraine Specialists, while others say they may be. Here's the deal; neurologists may be fine doctors, but the thing is, it's difficult for them to be experts in any one area because they treat so many different conditions like MS, stroke and epilepsy. And it's not that the doctor doesn't want to listen to us, rather, they really are not well informed about Migraine disease. Migraine specialists treat one disease - ours - Migraines and headaches.
