What kind of doctor should I see for my migraines?

I have been seeing my family doctor for my migraine. The medications he has been giving me over the past several years seem to work for a while and then they stop working. I want to see a specialist but I don't know what kind I should look for.

If your doctor isn't able to help you, it may well be time to consult a Migraine and headache specialist.
