Hi Valerie!   I am happy to hear the Relpax is working for you!   You are saying you have "constant neck pain, sore to the touch", have you discussed this with you doctor?   Migraine attacks lasting longer then 72 hours, without a four-hour, pain-free break while awake, may be  Status Migrainous, and needs immediate medical attention.     Relpax, an abortive, is a medication that stops the Migraine process. Are you currently taking anything to prevent Migraines? There is a recent study released stating that Migraineurs who have a long history and /or frequency with Migraines are at an increased risk for braine damage.  See the article HERE.   Getting more than three attacks per month may mean it is a good idea to start a preventive treatment. We have a list on our site of all the medications currently being used for Migraine prevention: Migraine Preventive Medication: Too Many Options to Give Up!      Good Luck!   Eileen Gray
